Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, functional facilities across our healthcare and social service programs. In this on-site role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building issues, and respond to work orders and emergencies. You’ll conduct safety checks, support room setups and minor renovations, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
